I would recommend the product to anyone who wishes to sleep in their contacts.  They do get dried out sometimes when you sleep and you need to put drops in before bed and when you wake.  They also will dry out when you take a nap.  Sometimes it will get stuck to my eye while sleeping and wont move and my eye waters excessively.
