Within 365 days of receiving your order CheapAsContacts.com is happy to provide store credit towards a new purchase—So, if your brand changes you can apply the difference towards your new brand. If your new lenses cost less we will refund the difference right back immediately.

Just give us a call at 610 340-3444 and we will send you a return authorization form. Or, if you prefer just send us an email at Customercare@CheapAsContacts.com and write “RMA request” in the subject line. Please do not send your order back prior to contacting us. It is necessary we provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure your order is processed correctly.
